Javascript & Active Content

If, after a while, you get fed up (as I do) of seeing the message:

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX..."

and you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (all versions),

1. Right-click on the blue Internet Explorer icon on your desktop (Windows XP).
or
1. Double click on Internet Options in Control Panel (Windows Vista, Windows 7).
2. from the menu, select 'Properties'.
3. Select the 'Advanced' tab (Windows XP) or 'Advanced' button (Windows Vista, Windows 7).
4. Scroll down the list to the security section (below the padlock icon).
5. Place a 'tick' in the box beside 'Allow active content to run in files on My Computer'.
6. Click the OK button.

This should solve the problem.

Or like many others, & use Mozilla 'Firefox' as an alternative, Internet browser.
